Lisa is passionate about helping people. Whether its helping athletes recover from injury, or releasing restrictions to allow a return to a normal lifestyle or coaching minor league hockey. It is with this passion that she graduated from ICT Kikkawa College with Honours.
In her practice, Lisa uses an inspired approach of skill, knowledge and palpation to reduce physical restrictions, enhance mobility and reduce pain. Her therapeutic approach includes myofascial release techniques, deep tissue work and fascial stretching.
Lisa has always been active. Her lifestyle includes a wide variety of sports including cycling, ice hockey, paddling and tai chi. She was a former ski patrol volunteer investing 9-13 weeks each year to re-certify in first aid, CPR and other life saving techniques as a first responder. These days, she is working towards being a team trainer in minor hockey.
Lisa is also a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario.
